Are you exploring ways to improve your sleep? Have you completed CBT-i with a a therapist but need a refresher? Join us for this psychoeducational workshop that focuses on the psychoeducational elements of CBT-i- like sleep hygiene and ways to manage nighttime anxiety. Note that this does not provide CBT-i therapy (no sleep prescriptions). We are happy to help you find a CBT-i therapist at the end of each workshop!
